We photograph our deluxe floral bouquets for the website unless stated otherwise. Will my flower bouquet look like the picture? Read our Care for your Bouquet guide for more information. Change the water every few days, and remove any faded flowers. We would always recommend keeping your flowers in a cool place and away from direct sunlight. We include a care tips card with every flower bouquet to ensure your recipient gets the most out of their flowers.

Cut each flower stem at an angle with scissors and then place in a vase of fresh water. When you receive your flower bouquet, carefully unwrap the flowers as soon as you can. Your flower bouquet will arrive in our Wild at Heart box, carefully wrapped in cellophane for protection with flower gel to keep your flowers fresh.Ĭare and gift message cards are included in all flower bouquet deliveries. We use our trusted delivery partner, DPD, to deliver flower bouquets to addresses across the UK. Any London postcode not covered by the Wild at Heart delivery team will be sent by DPD. Your bouquet will be hand tied with ribbon, wrapped in paper and presented in a Wild at Heart paper bag. Our Wild at Heart team delivers your flower bouquets in our own vans to the majority of London postcodes.
